Fifth and Sixth Grade is a unique time in a child's life. They are beginning to grow a little older, but still very much a child at heart. Team 56 is a special ministry just for fifth and sixth graders. On the second Friday of every month from 6 – 9 PM, we have a Team 56 Fellowship Night. This is a time when fifth and sixth graders can come together for food, treats, high energy games and fun. We also have more of an older "youth" style of worship for the children along with a Bible lesson.
Running concurrent with Calvary Kids' Bible Club (Wednesdays, 6:30 – 8:00 PM, September through May), we have a Team 56 Bible Study for fifth and sixth graders. The students join together for a time of worship, Bible Study and small group time to help them to grow in the Lord and become disciples of Jesus Christ.
Team 56 Summer Blast is our summer camp/retreat. This is offered in early summer, and is a three day retreat for fifth and sixth graders. There are a lot of fun activities planned, along with worship and Bible teaching.
